Could Teck really spend $250-$340 million on exploration?

I didn't believe it at 1st. I got it from Jason, as if this was a new detail because I didn't bring it up. Then I confirmed with the 3 others..

Exploration !!

And I'm pretty sure Teck has to spend that money to earn it's interest...and that's alot of exploration..then again they have a whole District right.........
