Actually Mr. Zombie, and not to depress anyone here, it appears that the AGM must be held within 15 months after the last AGM, which would put it no later than October 19, I believe. Notice must be at least 65 days before the meeting, so sometime in mid August. We have a ways to go yet. At that rate, couldn't a company eventually be having an annual meeting 5 or 6 years after the year end? There must be some sort of sundown rule, or did BC Securities really mess this situation up? Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I've been told that's the rule. So I think the need for a full drill program this season is going to bring this one to a conclusion before the need to vote at an annual meeting.
