What point of legal action when the company doesn't have money for you to sue for?

Legal action usually is for money or blocking of an action.

- sue the company for monies lost. CUU at the moment should be burning up the last bit of the last PP.

-legal action to stop CUU from doing certain thing. Like Baja and Mount Kellett.

Please correct me if I'm wrong. I just don't see the point of legal action if there is nothing for you to gain. You're just wasting lawyers fees.
