Exactly. Unless we have a money manager that wants legal action. Any individual would have to spend a lot of money to challenge it.

simc1 - I own enough that I understand your opinion as well.

The company hasn't said anything about the 4 yr clause or the 120 days back in. For all we know, it is still there.

So if you're uneasy about the 4 yr clause or the 120 days back in, have you tried calling and ask?
