Most likely they are in talks with other partners to take us out completely. If they wanted to take a backin percentage, they would have already decided that long ago Cbew

Agreed. I suspect they are working thru a complex J/V with a partner or two in order to take out Cuu and avoid a back-in. That would be why Cuu has been cooperative on the timelines....it benefits BOTH parties.
