I don't think the arrival of the NTL is a factor at all at this point except of course that is present for the start of production.

Red Chris is currently going full tilt on construction using diesel generators until they get their power line built. During the construction and exploration phase it seems that diesel is not an onnerous cost.

Hopefully we are nearing a happy conclusion to all of our speculation. It has been almost five years here for me but I still believe this will end well for us.
