You are right, that is certainly a larger scale than Red Chris. I would think that they could proceed with road and ground work though until the NTL power is actually on site.

I find it interesting too that a couple of camps have been established in the area, mainly for the NTL but they have mentioned that they hope to service future work as well. Pretium, Seabridge, Schaft??

One of the native bands is in the process of building one of these semi-permanent camps. They seem to realize the benefits of supporting these projects.
