My Opinion: when the 120 days clock Not started (a proven Point for the SI Board from Most of the People there), why We get exactly on the Day 120 a NR of Extension. Because Elmer wants to make Us think the clock is started ? I dont Think so, why he should do this. He gave Teck some more Time, thats all, And the FS is bankable.
