The exact wording: "The report will be considered positive if it generates a positive NPV in either of the following two cases"

Hmmm...so it says either, and we're choosing one of them... and yet somehow we're being biased in following exactly what the contract says? Good grief. It doesn't take several years of law school or an etymology degree to know what either means.
