MES we've been arguing this for about 140 days now and I think that you are just going to have to reach a conclusion and leave it at that. It seems clear that people have made up their minds, more or less, about the FS--whether it was delivered, or wasn't, or was bankable, or wasn't--and arguing the point incessantly is not going to change anyone's mind.

When you think about it that comment from Firestarter yesterday about how they're now at the "how to get this done" stage is a big admission that Teck has opted into the project at the very least. We don't know who he was talking to though in management, but still...
