From the information that we know (our prespective) I would agree with you.

However, this may not make sense from Copper Fox's prespective. If they are negotating in good faith and they feel resonable progress is being made - then I would agree with Copper Fox actions that they don't need/want to put pressure on Teck. Right now, we just don't know and as frustrating as it may sound - we can't know until it is done.

Time will tell.
