So how do you suggest they help shareholders Jay? Do you just give them a hard and fixed deadline and tell Teck to shove it even when they are in the middle of negotiations? What if they are neg. in good faith and the partner(s) Teck is bringing in is getting their financial affairs in order for a buyout? What if an agreement has been reached and all that remains is the legal paperwork to get done and signed off? Do you still tell them to shove it after the 120 days passes?
No...backin after 120 days like the contract says. If you want to buy us out, go for it once you have all your ducks in a row. Give us something. If it'll take say 1 month more to get this done, I'd rather have something to appease me till then opposed to being in the dark.
