Accountant007, check 23-3 of the agreement. cuu must offer their interest in the project to Teck at a price..Teck has 60 days to determine if they want it at that price. if they decline cuu has the right to sell to anyone else, at that same price.

It's not listed as a first right of refusal, but it accomplishes the same goal, and prevents cuu from asking an unreasonable price and later reducing it for some other buyer.....chunky
