Yeah, I like how the author writes that it is close to $400 million. Well actually, it is exactly $352 million ($88 x 4) which is closer to $350.

Anyways, spending $352MM versus $60MM would obviously unlock more value but as you pointed out, it would take forever to actually spend all of it on “pre-production” expenses.
