Message: Lonely night thoughts

Why are insiders not adding to their positions? Good question. My thoughts are that a deal has already been worked out whereby Teck will offer to buy out the remaining interest in the area at a "minimum" price once results from the current drilling becomes public. Insiders are very happy with the "minimum" price and have been asked to sit on the sidelines until the results are public. If the results are better than what similar drilling in the area has produced the buyout price will go up accordingly. Insiders know there is the potential for more updside.

It is no coicidence that the current drilling is occuring in an area that should produce a high success rate. Teck needs to have very good results to appease their shareholders for paying a high premium over the current Copper Fox share price. Once the results are out, other players will come knocking which will only elivate the final buyout value. Teck will come out very well in the end and so will shareholders (including the insiders).

The info provided above is based on my assessment only. I think it is credible and could explain why insiders are no where to be seen and why CUU paid out the unexpected dividend. The end is in sight and we will finally be rewarded for our patience.
