We're going back to January of 2012 when that comment was first brought up. (Well, I didn't look all that hard but it certainly came up then.) A lot of things happened in the intervening year before the FS was actually released including the drills in, drills out.

That comment was made before the bottom-line FS results were even written. It might have even been made before he was told the 171MT were not going to make it into the FS.

It was said in reference to the costs of the capex. They were good. I think it was just a bit of enthusiasm over the costs looking good.
