What is our official position concerning the NTL?

If we are expecting hookup, Teck /CUU have made commitments with BC Hydo that we will go into production. If that committment has not been made are we at the bottom of the list and Hydro will have no expectations of a Shaft Creek mine.

I think Tech may have made committments to Hydro but not to us, as our 2nd 20m payment has not been made. Teck is in a tricky position wanting to keep all the options open but seemingly not wanting to commit.
