I agree on your reasoning that Teck might help put the project in the fast lane but...
If we get the results in 2 months, then we gotta crunch them, then Elmer says we would think of hiring some consultant, then you find him, get him up to speed, then you put the for sale sign, then you wait, then you negotiate, you see what I mean? And if Teck waits to announce its decision and lowballs us, will another major step in and offer to buy our 25% not knowing Teck's intention? That makes a lot of then, if and when for me to be cheerful about a quick buyout. But I can agree that might be tinted with pessimism because past performance is no indicator of future performance but one who forget's the past is doomed to repeat it.
