CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
Elmer didn't/couldn't fully enforce the back in agreement so there goes the idea that it was uncontestable. If he did, we would own 100 percent of Schaft Creek and we would be waiting for Teck to spend $360M before they earned their 75 percent.
Of course the BFS can be improved but CUU won't get to benefit from this because it will all be done internally at Teck. CUU is stuck with the "handicapped" numbers for the time being.
