One other thought - I know that we are all focused on SC and don't really care about the Arizona properties. I'm one of those people. However, it is interesting because often in this kind of situation where no one is watching or caring, a surprise comes. With our SP being so low, an Arizona pleasant surprise could be the boost the SP needs.

I couldn't resist picking up 10,000 shares this week at $0.42.
