youngmoney, great post!

I would only add, IMO, that we can keep improving the worth @ SC for many years...via mapping XRF Aeromags etc...

it's a paint-job on the Golden Gate Bridge- ie never ending if u are an explorer. some of us though (including mgt. i believe) would like a fair current value for the property & need/ want to cash out/ move on.
