Simple they had no money left and had no option but to sell it..... there is a lot of properties around the world that were bought cheap and sold for a profit once the risk was removed via drilling... Its like buying a house for cheap adding a few thousands into rennovations and than flipping it for a profit. Here is a question, how much did CUU aquire the schaft creek for?
