It would take years to litigate...............lets face it we're screwed. Either you have the time to sit it out & wait for "finalization" where we either cash out for a profit or loss, or one packs up and takes their funds (that are left) and go elsewhere. Me? I'm staying. In my mind I have written off my losses (66%+), so as crazy as it sounds I feel I have even less to lose now than when I bought in. Also I have been averaging down by adding here and there. When I got in my ave. was over a buck, now I am down to less than 1/2 that.
