make your questions broader to Elmer. Instead of asking "are you looking to move the waste material". Ask instead "Whats happening at Schaft creek over the next couple months, is there a possibility of a road being developed?, has anyone started building a camp at schaft creek?" etc... Questions to direct make it really tough to answer in case some of the answers require breaking compliance...
