"I did not state that she told me Copper Fox would receive permits."

With all due respect, you did say she "will" approve the permits of our mine. The definitive word 'will' should have been replaced with "has the power to" or something along that line.

"Based off my communications with her (The Minister of the Environment) she will approve the permits of our mine."
