great news- thanks for heads up sharp622- i'm with you on everything up to:
"Teck will buyout CUU's 25% after all the "detailed studies" are complete, and a willing partner is available".
imo, (and others), we will not be around quite that long. SC will only get more expensive as the project scoping & detailing advances.
