CUU is incredibly oversold, and should be ready for at least a good sized bounce.

I thought we were seeing capitulation late last week when we broke below .30. Obviously I was too early.

Is it here today? Unfortunately, we will not know for certain until it is behind us.

However, I broke my rule "Never attempt to pick a bottom", and picked up some more this AM.
