babybreeze, what PUBLIC companies have you invested in and management has disclose everything to you on what transpire in the boardrooms?

BTW...the board directors has more "shareholder skin" in this company than all of us combined.

If you really think they made a bad outcome, I'm sure they can reprice their $1.65 stock options...a lot of other juniors has already.
