They can only purchase so many shares....I think its 10%

Then they have to mkae it public knowledge.

I remember when Stifel Nicholas was on the buying spree, That was the big reason why our share price went up to the 2.75 high.

Then if memory serves me right. Elmer actually had a meeting with Stifel Nicholas.

So IF a company is behind the cutain buying. THey can only by so much.

When would they start buying???? If they would have started buying a 1 year ago or a month ago. The stock is constanly going down. When does a company think its a good time to start buying...at the bottom of coarse, I dont know when that will happen. Were still prodominantly going down
