"Teck of course would rather not promote these studies because it would benefit Copper Fox greatly when asking for a buyout price/figure.".............. Just a note from my point of view, Teck has to work within the JV in good faith. Anything that changes the value for good or bad must be released whether or not it impacts the dollar amount of our 25%. I think Teck will be fair in assessment of SC value, Fox did alot of hard and risky work that has helped Teck immensely.
