To me, Teck is a very fair partner and they are very clear cut on what they want to do.

Just compare CUU and CCY and you can tell if Teck wants to participate or not with you.

This is just an assumption and my opinion. The reason Teck is so secretive of about CUU and Schaft Creek is the financing condition we have with them in the JV.

Imagine if words go out that Teck is going to build Schaft Creek, they are going bring it into production. Imagine what producing miners, funds, etc are going think knowing that IF they buy Copper Fox stock, they will own 25% of Schaft Creek. All they have to fork out is to buy thie 25 cent stock and buy as much as they can and they can own part of this project. They don't have to fork out anything for capex, they just have to wait.

Look at the las bambas deal. Buyer is spending $6 billion for the buyout and then spend another $2-3 billion for capex? Total of $9 billion spent on that project.

Copper Fox can easily be a free riding company funds can buy into.
