The next event I was waiting for which I’d hoped would be a catalyst for news was completion of the Northwest Transmission Line by the end of May. But, as I think someone has already mentioned, there’s a delay.

The article linked below gives you the impression that it’ll all be done in just a couple of months, without actually saying so. One blogger has posited that the delay may be as much as a year, which brings us to Spring 2015. I don’t know how much credence to give that opinion, but it seems par for the course.
