That's an interesting article (even if it is so full of jargon that it is hard to even comprehend at times.)

I think it is reiterating the point that there's no copper outside of China and nobody knows when it will come out.

I wonder what will happen if none comes out of China? I would like to see how sharply the price would rise then.
