I think they changed their minds about Desert Fox owning the Carmax shares. They said that initially but when the money was actually handed over this is what they said:

Carmax Mining Corp. has closed the first tranche of a private placement of 20 million units to 1001195 B.C. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Copper Fox Metals Inc. created specifically for the purpose of holding Copper Fox's interests in Carmax as those interests will evolve in a future relationship established for the purpose of developing Carmax's Eaglehead property located in the Dease Lake area of the province of British Columbia.

I assumed 1001195 BC Ltd. was what they are now calling Northern Fox and that it comes under Copper Fox.
