Taking an educated assumption.

Elmer wants to monetize SC this year.

Elmer will use FROR to see what Teck is willing to pay.

Why exercise Sept options if he believes certain events in Sept will prevent him from exercising? ie. negotiation with Teck on value of SC.

Seems like Sept or fall is the time that CUU will see what Teck is willing to offer.
