Maybe it is the spinoff coming? I don't think he could have taken those options and used them for a spinoff if he hadn't first bought them.

Those AZ drill results should be along soon, and following that will be the PEA. It is possible they are contemplating the spinoff afterwards regardless what is happening with SC.
