How could you release an NR stating at least another year of work needed but be secretly working on a deal?

This statement implies that Copper Fox can't be bought out until after all that work is completed. I would think that a major company might buy us out at any time as long as they are satisfied with the available information. IMO it would be hard to prove "secret negotiations" .
