Now that I've backed up my talk with a calculation in my last post, will you now accept that math or will everything there be riddled with caveats? OF COURSE I had to do the calculation because most if not all of you have no interest in uncovering negative information or posting it even though it is a concern for all investors.
I don't think you need to get all steamed up just because someone put out a positive comment. The news today focussed on the fact that the $CA was at its lowest point since 2009. Given this information it was quite natural to follow that up with a quest to find out what impact that would have on our little baby stock. It happened to be good.
I am glad that you took the time to do the math. I have to say though I think the end result was overall positive in that the loss was substantially lower than the gain from the $CA dollars' drop. Add to that some benefit from the fuel and it takes the sting out of the price of metals right now.
I don't think it is fair to accuse someone of fraudulent intentions just because they looked at one aspect of this investment. As a matter of note I did say this, "Of course, the dollar now, and the dollar when the mine is built could be vastly different but it helps compensate for the price of copper when doing the calculations now."
It gets really tiresome on here to hear the same complaint about how nothing negative is allowed. Some of my favourite posters on here are considered offensively negative at times but I appreciate when anyone makes an effort to look for flaws. (What I don't like, and will process as a violation, is a personal attack.)
Some days though something good happens and you just have to acknowledge it.
