For those who didn't read it, it basically says that the Tahltans demanded greater scrutiny on the tailings dam (which Imperial obliged).
Every time there is a formal review or process that involves the Tahltan is I think good for our project. It helps to clarify the process and it reinforces the fact that the Tahltan are engaged in the process with the government and the mining companies as a partner.
As long as we know the rules then we can work within them. What we don't want are random blockades and protests. The fact that the Tahltan Central Council took charge of the situation and made a reasonable demand bodes well for our future.
