One possible correction I believe it is 90% goes to paying things back. We keep 10% for ourselves. So say 2.5% would be comming in while we pay off our portion.

It is not a ton but would keep us afloat and allow for work someplace else.

Also based on the Bfs payback is 6 years is it not?
