If Ernesto didn't hold so many shares Elmer would have been replaced long ago and should be. We need an activist investor. It would be awesome if Ernesto stepped in and replaced him.
So you trust Ernesto's judgment sufficiently to want him to be in charge and become President/CEO? Ernesto is happy with Elmer and continues to support him. He could replace him anytime the situation changes but for now, it looks like Ernesto approves of Elmer. That's Ernesto's judgment.
Teck is in charge of optimization now, in charge of the work and the timing. I'm not sure that we can assume that they have even given Elmer an expected date of completion. They've already said that they might need to drill again this year and that would set back the optimizations studies through until the summer at least.
We had this thread already when we discussed whether we would even see the optimization results because Teck has not yet said they would make them public. The whole discussion was back a few months before the last JV meeting.
