Just in the last couple of posts towards me.

Some are telling me I've made up my mind,so no sense in explanation.

Some have told others not to respond to me???? .......really ? is this what this board turned out to be?

Its ok to be a pain in the butt every now and again. But I would suggest that "IF" that pain in the butt is me....then show me the facts instead of be-littling me.

I have bought and sold on hypatheticals before. Now I look for "FACTS"

So far most agruments today have throw'in facts out.

Teck does not have to show us "anything" or even Elmer for that matter.

Teck "could"......(as you see I underlined it)...."could" give CUU a price right now....without showing Elmer a dang thing....the offer could be so good that Elmer and Ernesto could say "ok, we'll take that".

THen where does the third party come in?
