Here is an example that may get Dogger's point across (as I understand it anyways):

Which project would you think would be more valuable to have a 25% initial share of (sold before construction actually starts)?

a) a 210 condo project, proceeding initially with phase 1 of 120 condos

or

b) a 210 condo project

Regarding some of the speculations taken as fact, one could be the almost universal assumption that the "optimization" studies will improve profitability of the project. Although I agree it is likely to improve the project, it is also a possibility that they may uncover unforseen problems with the project.

It is unknown until Teck lets us know.
