If I had access to the right stuff I imagine I could make money off this guy. I buy up shares for a while under my National account and accumlate a bit. As this guy does my free promoting about how awesome it is national is buying I will go and use my other resources to start dumping the shares as annon and begin making my money. Doubt that is what is happening, but remember just because a house isn't selling doesn't mean they actually aren't selling.
