The National phenomenon could very well be one trader.

The problem with CUU is we are a great target for volume based brokerage commission. We go up and down a couple cents a week, seeded either by news releases or sentiment fed by BB's like here and others (or a targetted combination of both - draw your own conclusions on who may be interested in that type of work on this board).

But basically we're extremely low risk for someone who wants to move an easy couple hundred shares a week to get the volume but not expose their investor to losses.

Neither on its own is illegal. However if there was ever a link drawn between a broker and posting postive or negative sentiment on a BB, well now that's a different story...
