Well as you say, I also doubt this is the way they would construct SC if they choose too, but you do never know. I guess I wouldn't be dissappointed with that situation, but I am playing of the sides of that fence, regular shareholders might be more opposided to it. It is a decent amount of money though and could pick up something in this cheap market.
