Seems Prospekt dipped into this some, I would like to add to what he said; if Teck wants to stall they will throw together garbage work plans to meet minimum and not allow us to generate a plan.

FYI, Prospekt is a she.

Teck has full control and could easily frustrate any of our plans.

I think Teck will either develop or sell us.

Once optimization studies are completed they will have some options for sure.

I dont think walking away is one of them.
