So we don't need to worry about water because we have a list of 4 companies we could sell it to?

Why would limiting the sale to a potential of 4 companies ever be considered a good thing and not something we should talk about/try to open our options is utterly silly.

So we do get water rights, now you can nuke your entire comment about someone else needing a partnet with a JV at VD to do the project. Especially since these type of projects do not have large intial spending. I have no idea why anyone wouldn't want to take this project on their own.
