Charges appear serious, with the possibility of environment permit to be revoked. Not sure exactly from the above HOW serious this all is...BUT if their permit were revoked that wouldn't be trivial at all. And if that came to pass I would have to think it would influence Teck's thinking about it's copper pipeline and what lies on it's doorstep in Schaft Creek.
