2 different issues all together. A lot of different problems have been happening in Chile. Labor disputs from other mines....water issues, where the people are running out of water etc....

Besides a 4 million dollar fine for Teck is a concern (only in a political matter).

Teck has the money but has a 5 star rating in the world as a company that has a great work place saftey and great public relations.

Teck will get this resolved quickly
